We are hiring for a position based in Vasai (Navghar), just a 10-minute walk from Vasai railway station. The candidate must be fluent in English (at least 60–70%).
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.

Objective: -
As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Basic Responsibilities: -
1. Job Analysis: -
• Understanding Job roles and gain a comprehensive understanding of the tasks, duties, and responsibilities associated with different positions.
• Determine the necessary skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.
• Develop clear and accurate job descriptions that outline job expectations, responsibilities, and necessary competencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further interviews.
• Issue offer letters, collect joining documents, and complete onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and employee database.
2. Hiring Candidates: -
• Filling open positions in the organization and supervise the complete hiring process.
• Advertising job openings on various job platforms to find suitable applicants for the organization’s needs.
• Utilizes social media and establishes a detailed onboarding plan to set new employees up for success.
• End to End hiring process needs to be taken care Initial from screening of candidates to the creation of offer letters and the development of an effective onboarding program.
3. Maintaining Work Culture: -
• Provide sense of security to all employees.
• Provide comfort to employees.
• Create a transparent culture with in the organization.
• Assist in organizing events, training programs, birthday celebrations, and team outings.
4. Processing Payroll: -
• Look out for employee’s salary, bonus, deduction based on their attendance, performance, leaves.
• Ensures timely salary and accurate pay to employees.
5. Maintaining Employee Records: -
• Required all the details of the employee to be maintain in sheets.
• KYC documents need to be segregated and maintain in desired files.
• Offer letter, Resignation letter, terminations letters need to be maintained in digital and physical forms.
6. Managing Compensation: -
• Compensating employees fairly based on their experience and qualification.
• Negotiation with employee to maintain the pay scale decided by management.
7. Relationships with Employees: -
• Develop a positive relationship with the employee.
• Be first person solving any conflict that arise within the organisation.
• Providing an open environment where they feel comfortable in discussing their concerns.
8. Scrutinize Attendance: -
• Properly maintain the attendance of all the employees.
• Reviewing the attendance from portal and publishing the data to management.
• Reviewing the overtime sheets and get proper approvals from management to process with extra pay.
9. Exit Process
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights with management.
• Coordinate full and final settlement, clearance, and documentation.
• Collect company property from exiting employees.
